I put the pond in along with my wife Peihong and the help of a few friends over 2 weekends. The pond was in place the 1st week of August and after about 3 weeks running the pond became crystal clear and has been that way ever since.

We have a direct view of the pond from our den and master bedroom and everyone who see's it cannot believe how our backyard has changed. I've always have had fish since I was 6 years old but this is the ultimate. I would also highly recommend this kit as the way to go for any pond project.

Ling our dog will lay out by the pond and watch the fish as they swim around. Put me on your mailing list for any updated products.

Just a note to say how well your company handled our pond kit, it arrived on time with all the parts marked clearly.

This is our first pond and the directions were easy to follow. Our new pond is located on a golf course.... I recommend your company to all who pass by and admire the pond. This was a work of love for my wife and myself, we did all the work ourselves as the first project of our retirement in our new home.

We had no problems receiving our kit. It took us a little longer than the instructions said when putting it together. But I love my pond. I need to look at kit again, because I am selling my house.

The pond kit was a great deal for me, I usually will try to piece things together to try and save a buck. When I did the math on the kit I couldn't get everything that the kit offered. It was very nice to have everything you need all the way down to glue and an instruction manual. I have gotten busy on some other projects so the pond is not complete and won't be until next spring. We had to remove an old concrete pond that leaked all the time and was was a real pain.

You can put me down as a very satisfied customer.

Attached is a picture of my wife (Hemangi), me and our pond. The kit was great, it like it. Easy to install, and the informal video was good. The service was excellent, from the time of order to delivery. I enjoy the pond, I think it could of designed it better, but this was my first pond, and I did it myself (with the help of some friends -- digging the hole and moving the boulder).

I am very pleased with the pond kit I ordered online from your company. Everything was in the shipment as promised. It was very easy to follow construction from the guide that was provided. I have had many positive comments from neighbors and friends. It is very relaxing to sit and listen to the trickle of water. If you cannot tell, I built a small waterfall, with a 30 foot stream that winds around to a small pond.

In the stream I placed 4 more small waterfalls. The savings from ordering this kit was hundreds of dollars compared to buying it at a nearby garden center (exact same kit). The only item that I needed was splicing tape to connect the liner that I had cut. It would
have been nice to have had some of this included.

Again, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this type of pond/purchase to anyone.
